Peng TANG (唐鹏)

I am currently a PhD student at the University of Tokyo (UTokyo), in the Department of Information and Communication Engineering, Graduate School of Information Science and Technology, advised by Prof. Yusuke Matsui . My research focuses on vector databases, Approximate Nearest Neighbor Search (ANNS), and learned index structures. Prior to this, I received my MPhil in Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Systems from Zhejiang University (ZJU), advised by Prof. Zhang Feng , where my research focused on spatial learned indexes. Earlier, I obtained my B.Sc. in Geographic Information Science from Zhejiang University (ZJU), also under the supervision of Prof. Zhang Feng, with a focus on high-performance GIS computing.
